Issue
An account holder's linked external bank account information is incorrect.
Resolution
When an account holder's external bank account information is incorrect, the Highnote Support team receives a Notice of Change (NOC) from the bank. Once Highnote gets this notification, they will contact you to have you or the account holder update their banking information.
Due to compliance requirements, accounts with invalid information must be removed from the Highnote dashboard if they can't be updated. The Highnote Support team will provide you with a date by which the account must be updated to avoid any disruptions to your services.
If an account holder informs you that their banking information needs to be corrected, work with them to update it. In these cases, Highnote Support can't update the account holder's information on your or the account holder's behalf.
