An ACH transfer is taking longer than the anticipated timeline. 

Resolution

ACH transfers are typically completed within three to five business days. For an overview of transfer timelines, see Transfer basics.

If your ACH transfer has exceeded your expected timeline, it may have been held for risk purposes. If you have not received your ACH transfer in the expected timeline, contact support@highnote.com and provide the following information:

• Date sent
• Amount sent
• Trace number
• Specify whether the transfer was originated ACH or non-originated ACH
