Issue
An account holder submitted a card product application with incorrect account holder details.
Resolution
If an account holder submits a card product application with incorrect details, refer to the following steps:
- Your team must contact support@highnote.com and request the application be denied and closed because of incorrect account holder details.
- Once you receive confirmation from Highnote Support that the application is closed, your team can contact the account holder and instruct them to reapply using the correct information.
