In some cases, you can use the Highnote dashboard to update account holder details. Due to compliance requirements, updating some account holder details requires assistance from the Highnote Support team.
Update address, email, phone number, or credit risk attributes
Note: Updating credit risk attributes in the dashboard is only supported for person account holders.
You can update an account holder's address, email address, phone number, or credit risk attributes using the dashboard. For more information on updating these details, see Manage account holders.
Update legal name or date of birth
Due to compliance requirements, legal name and date of birth (DOB) updates require the submission of a legal government document to confirm the change. If you want to update these account holder details, contact support@highnote.com.
Update SSN or EIN
Updating account holders' SSNs and EINs is not possible and requires the account holder to reapply to your card product with accurate information. In this scenario, refer to the following steps:
- Contact support@highnote.com and request the closure of the existing account holder account.
- If any funds are in the account holder's financial account, return the funds to the account holder.
- Instruct the account holder to reapply with the correct information.
