Create authorized user
Note: Authorized users are only available for business account holders using commercial card products.
Authorized users are connected to a business account holder. You must first create or access a business account holder's profile to create an authorized user. Use the following steps to create an authorized user:
- From the Highnote dashboard, click Account Holders and select the Businesses tab.
- Locate your account holder and click on the account holder name.
- Select the Authorized Users tab and click More.
- Select Create Authorized User from the drop-down.
- Complete the Create Authorized User form. For required fields, see Required fields.
- Click Onboard Authorized User.
You can create multiple authorized users under one account holder's profile. For example, if you wanted to create an authorized user profile for individual employee cards, you could create a separate authorized user account for each employee under that account holder's profile.
