This guide provides steps for accessing and managing your card product settings from the Highnote dashboard.
Access card product settings
Use the following steps to access your card product settings from the dashboard:
- From the Highnote dashboard, click on your card product name. If you have only one card product, skip to Step 2.
- Click Product Settings.
The card product settings page contains an overview of your card product and provides access to the settings page.
Find card product ID
Your card product ID is available on the top-right of the product settings overview page. To copy your card product ID, click the card product ID.
View card product details
The details section of the overview page displays the following general card information:
- Name: The name you provided for your card product during setup. To change the name of your card product, click Edit Details.
- Status: Indicates whether the card product is active or inactive.
- Usage: Indicates how the card product can be used.
- Vertical: Indicates the card product vertical.
View disputes and chargebacks settings
This section of the overview page displays the following settings related to your disputes and chargebacks:
- Minimum threshold: Displays the minimum dollar amount for a charge that permits a cardholder to submit a chargeback.
- Provisional credits: Displays whether or not your card product supports provisional credits. For more information on provisional credits, see Disputes and chargebacks.
- Dispute window: Displays when a dispute must be submitted to be eligible for a chargeback.
View card designs
When you create your card product with the Highnote team, any card design artwork you upload is stored on your product settings page. To access your card designs, click the Card Designs tab.
This tab contains the following information:
- Card design sets: Card design sets represent the card designs you configure with the Highnote team when setting up your card product.
- Intent: Displays the intent for the card set. Intent options include Physical and Virtual.
- Status: Displays the status of the card set.
- Created: Displays the date the card set was created.
Configure card product settings
To access your card product settings, click the Settings tab.
The available settings on the card product settings page may differ depending on your card product vertical. In general, the card product settings page may contain the following sections:
- Features: This section contains controls for your card product's available features. The features listed here will differ depending on the card product vertical you offer. For an overview of card product features, see Card product basics.
- Fee schedule: This section contains details about fees configured for your card product.
- Authorization controls: This section contains details about spend rules and velocity controls for your card product. For more information, see Configure spend rules and Configure velocity controls.
