Highnote provides summary metrics on the dashboard's home page. These metrics display application and transaction data, giving visibility of your card program's performance. This guide provides an overview of the dashboard summary metrics. 

View summary metrics

You can view summary metrics for your card programs on the Home page of the dashboard: 

Data freshness

Summary metrics are available within one hour, on the hour. For example, if you log in to the Highnote dashboard or refresh your page at 2:45 PM, Highnote returns data up to 1 PM.

The summary metrics page displays a data freshness timestamp, as shown in the following example: 

Filter data

You can use the summary metrics filters to filter data based on timeframe and card product. The following example shows the selected filters Last 4 Weeks and Secured Charge card product: 

To filter data, click on a filter type and select an option from the drop-down list. Filter types and options include the following: 

• Timeframe: Filter by timeframe. Options include: 
  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 4 weeks
  • Last 3 months
  • Previous month
  • Month to date
  • Quarter to date
  • Year to date
• Card product: If you have more than one card product, filter by card product.

Metric definitions

Data displayed on the summary metrics page reflects data for all transactions and applications for all payment cards under a card product. These data values are defined in the following table:
